Everything below is a standard we hold to on every job, not a sales promise. ### Diagnosis before specification Nothing is priced until the cause is established. Condensation, penetrating damp, groundwater and a failed damp proof course need completely different work, and treating the wrong one wastes your money. ### Accredited systems only Damp proofing and waterproofing are carried out with Sovereign and Wykamol systems, installed to the manufacturer's specification as an approved contractor. ### Fixed prices, never day rates You get a written fixed price for a defined scope of work. 50% deposit to secure the booking and materials, 50% on completion, by bank transfer. ### The job is finished, not just treated Salt-retardant replastering, making good, skirtings reinstated and the area cleaned down.
